MARISEAL® 250 is based on pure elastomeric, hydrophobic polyurethane resins that provide excellent mechanical, chemical, thermal and UV resistance and weather resistance.
It matures (polymerizes) by reacting with soil moisture and air.
Applications:
- Waterproofing foundations
- Waterproofing of terraces and rooms
- Waterproofing of balconies, terraces and terraces
Waterproofing of wet areas (under the tiles) in bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, utility rooms, etc. - Waterproofing of pedestrians and vehicles
- Waterproofing green terraces, flower beds and flower pots
- Waterproofs old bitumen (regardless of technical type), PVC and EPDM membranes and old acrylic coatings
- Protection of polyurethane insulation foams
- Waterproofing and protection of concrete structures such as bridges, tunnels, stands on stadiums, parking lots, etc.
- Waterproofing on terraces with stagnant water
Consumption: 1,4 – 2,5 kg / m2 applied in two or three layers.
Application:
Mix well with MARISEAL 250 before use. Pour enough MARISEAL 250 onto the prepared and primed surface and apply with roller or brush. Continue in this manner until the surface to be fully sealed is covered.
After 12-18 hours (no later than 48 hours), apply a second coat of MARISEAL250.
For larger surfaces Airless Spray can be used.
