The stationary ultrahigh-pressure units of the 250 HP class offer even higher levels of performance. They can attain working pressures from 1,200 bar (17,400 PSI) up to max. of 2,800 bar (40,600 PSI) and delivery rates up to 63 l/min (16,67 USgal).
The highest possible demands are placed upon high pressure units in this class. Therefore, these units are constructed using only the highest quality parts. That’s why they are among the most reliable, robust and long-lasting on the market.
Units of the 250 HP class are very flexible when it comes to their range of uses. They can supply either one bulk consumer or two parallel workplaces at the same time (only possible in versions offering 1,200 bar / 17,400 PSI). Alternatively, you can convert your unit to a different power class using a special modification kit. This allows you, for instance, to use your Dynajet UHP 250 which offers 1,600 bar (23,200 PSI) at 50 l/min (13,23 USgal), to make a unit that can achieve 2,800 bar (40,600 PSI) at 28 l/min (7,41 USgal/min).
The units of the 250 HP class can be supplied with or without a noise insulating cover. The noise insulating cover has large fully-open able doors on all sides – even the top, so that operations and maintenance can be carried out without any restrictions. In addition, the hood itself is of a modular construction, so individual parts of it can even be removed or replaced.
