The Management of MAVROGIANNAKIS SA undertakes:

• To fully meet customer requirements in every transaction with the company,
• The continuous improvement of the quality of the products provided to its customers in order to meet their needs as much as possible,
• Providing all the necessary resources for the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality System,
• To the lawful and proper operation of the business, following faithfully and without deviation anything that is mentioned in the relevant legislation and is related to its activity,
• Ensuring that quality policy and quality objectives are defined and fully compatible with the Company’s framework and strategic direction. Quality objectives have been set and maintained as part of the internal control, monitoring, and system review procedures, with the ultimate goal of increasing customer satisfaction. The increase in sales at all levels of the company while maintaining or increasing staff interact and work together with high customer satisfaction, annihilation of complaints and non-conformities of the system.

In the above context, MAVROGIANNAKIS SA aims at:
